172 National Service Persons for the year 2024/25 have completed a two-day orientation programme hosted by GRIDCo’s Human Resources (HR) Department to position them in readiness to undertake their yearlong service at the Ghana Grid Company LTD., (GRIDCo).
The 2024/25 NSPs sat through presentations from the various departments in the company to understand the work GRIDCo does in both the technical and non-technical spaces. The essence of the information shared is to give the NSPs insight into what is expected of them, (dos and don’ts) as well as enlighten them about how they can best support the various departments they are assigned to.
The highlight of the NSPs yearlong service is the execution of a CSR Project as part of their effort to give back to society. Every year, GRIDCo supports the country’s human capital development by guiding the personnel about the basics in the workplace.
