As part of ongoing engagements to align on the Company’s goals, representatives of the Board and Management, as well as Executive members of Staff of the GRIDCo SSA and Divisional Union held discussions at the beginning of the year.
The dialogue was an opportunity for all parties to share mutual concerns and arrive at a common understanding of various issues. The meeting focused on the need for open and constant communication at all levels to enable a better appreciation of corporate and staff matters.
Equally important was the discussion on the need to ensure the sustainability of GRIDCo’s business while addressing other critical needs such as staffing, remuneration, and effective operations.
The Board Chairman, Ambassador Kabral Blay-Amihere expressed the Board and Management’s commitment to ensuring industrial harmony and to the resolution of issues affecting GRIDCo.
